Project Manager - PLM/MES

• Lead the implementation of technology projects and programs by ensuring compliance with scope, deadlines, budgets and quality standards;
• Plan, structure and coordinate initiatives to support the achievement of business objectives;
• Define and monitor performance indicators to evaluate the progress and results of projects;
• Identify risks, assess their impacts and implement appropriate mitigation strategies;
• Resolve operational and organizational issues that may affect the delivery of initiatives;
• Contribute to the development and validation of business cases supporting decision-making;
• Make recommendations for the start-up, continuation or closure of projects;
• Administer budgets, monitor financial impacts and ensure rigorous cost management;
• Collaborate with the architecture, finance, procurement, operations and information technology teams;
• Maintain effective relationships with suppliers, partners and stakeholders;
• Apply established methodologies, processes and governance mechanisms;
• Prepare progress reports, dashboards and presentations for decision-making bodies;
• Coordinate trials, deployments, stabilization periods, and transitions to operations;
• Oversee activities related to change management, communication, training and operational readiness;
• Support data migration activities and collaborate with the heads of the different functional areas;
• Facilitate the integration of deliverables from internal teams, external partners, and vendors.

The profile sought is as follows:

• Have a minimum of seven  (7) years of experience in technology project management in a large organization;
• Carry out mandates covering the entire life cycle of a project, from scoping to transition to operations;
• Simultaneously manage several initiatives in a complex and multidisciplinary environment;
• Coordinate internal teams, suppliers and external partners;
• Administer budgets, schedules and performance indicators;
• Develop and maintain registers of risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies;
• Understand processes related to supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, and distribution;
• Operate in environments based on integrated management, engineering or manufacturing solutions;
• Use systems such as product lifecycle management platforms, computer-aided design tools, engineering change management solutions, manufacturing execution systems, or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems;
• Oversee vendors, contracts, and service level commitments;
• Collaborate with nationally or internationally distributed resources;
• Present recommendations and decision-making files to senior management and governance committees;
• Apply project governance, risk management and change management practices;
• Participate in transformation projects in manufacturing, engineering or supply chain environments;
• Demonstrate excellent communication, leadership and influence skills.
