Job description
- Demonstrate experience in organizational transformation programs or projects, ideally in a technological, public or parapublic context;
- Master project management methods, frameworks and best practices, including traditional, agile and hybrid approaches;
- Use Microsoft project management tools for planning, monitoring, reporting and production of management information;
- Consolidate, interpret and present reliable, consistent and structured management information;
- Produce progress reports, dashboards, performance indicators and management analyses;
- Support project managers, managers and governance bodies in their accountability activities;
- Understand the monitoring mechanisms related to scope, timelines, costs, risks, dependencies and benefits;
- Excellent organizational, coordinating, analytical, synthesis and rigorous skills;
- Communicate effectively in writing and orally with stakeholders at different levels;
- Manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a complex, multi-team, multi-partner environment.
- Evolve in a context comparable to that of a vice-president of information technology or within a large organization;
- Leverage Microsoft Dynamics, Azure DevOps, and other Microsoft project management tools;
- Knowledge of the field of information technology;
- Apply Scrum, Scrumban, Kanban, Disciplined Agile Delivery, SAFe, or hybrid models;
- Participate in the production of dashboards, the monitoring of project portfolios or organizational reporting;
- Intervene in the health and social services sector;
- Collaborate within a large public or parapublic organization.
