Job description
- Oversee incident management and ensure compliance with defined SLAs and company processes;
- Monitor enhancement requests and ensure compliance with defined SLAs and company processes;
- Have good problem management and ensure compliance with defined SLAs and company processes;
- Understand project objectives and influence approach and design in relation to data and reporting;
- Capture project objectives and identify resource requirements for project execution;
- Suggest replacements as needed to keep operations in stable mode;
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to prioritize work requests and manage their execution, ensuring on-time delivery and a high level of customer satisfaction;
- Participate with IT peers to ensure compliance with IT standards and guiding principles;
- Setting goals"? SMART? " for the team and manage its performance;
- Manage the operational budget, as well as third-party consultants on the administrative and operational levels;
- Be recognized as a Subject Matter Expert in the field of enterprise data and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in administration, information technology or a related field;
- Have a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in data management or related roles;
- Demonstrated leadership experience in the successful implementation of digital and data initiatives;
- Have demonstrated experience in carrying out similar mandates;
- Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of data management principles, including data quality, integration, and security;
- Expertise in the use of business intelligence and analytics tools to support strategic decision-making;
- Have an excellent grasp of data analytics, data governance, data quality, data visualization and data-driven decision-making;
- Have the ability to translate data-driven analysis and insights into actionable, actionable business recommendations;
- Strong leadership, communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders;
- Demonstrate an ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders;
- Possess the ability to set clear objectives and ensure accountability of resources;
- Have the ability to prioritize and assign work, track progress and ensure on-time delivery that meets quality standards;
- Be recognized as a trusted advisor, with an ability to influence technological direction and processes in this field;
- This position requires fluency in French and English for daily tasks, understanding documentation, and professional communication with customers, suppliers, and colleagues across Canada. Language skills in French and English are essential, both oral and written.
