Job description
- Plan, estimate and monitor costs, timelines and deliverables of AI technology solutions;
- Collaborate closely with squads in Agile mode, in a context of iterative and continuous deliveries;
- Ensure the overall performance of the teams, the quality of the deliverables and the respect of standards;
- Coordinate all contributors to application deliveries in order to meet business priorities, in compliance with costs, deadlines and agreed agreements;
- Develop risk analyses, impact analyses and deployment strategies adapted to complex environments;
- Act as a strategic partner of the promoter and the project office managers, ensuring effective governance of deliveries;
- Assume cross-functional leadership, aligning internal and external stakeholders with business objectives and strategic directions
- Ensure structured and proactive executive accountability, including the state of progress, risks, issues, required arbitrations and recommendations to decision-making bodies.
- Have a minimum of six (6) years of experience in IT project management, including complex or strategic projects;
- Demonstrate experience in Agile project management (squad mode);
- Possess excellent knowledge of JIRA and Confluence;
- Thrive in collaborative, multidisciplinary and innovation-oriented environments
- Working in complex, cross-platform environments;
- Possess knowledge of MS Project;
- Have a good knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.
- Hold a PMP certification (an asset);
- Have an Agile certification (an asset).
