Job description

Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you'll be able to do:

  • Develop and deploy targeted search strategies to identify candidates and consultants with highly specialized IT expertise, in a context of scarcity labour;
  • Analyze business needs and mandate requirements to ensure optimal alignment between talent skills and client expectations;
  • Identify, qualify and proactively approach talent through social media, tech communities and SEO to build a network specialized and sustainable;
  • Assess candidates' technical and behavioural skills through in-depth interviews and assessment techniques adapted to the IT context;
  • Write, adapt and optimize consultants' resumes in order to highlight their expertise and ensure a strategic positioning with clients;
  • Ensure the complete management of the recruitment cycle in a consulting environment, from the need to the presentation of qualified applications;
  • Effectively manage the priorities and deadlines of the mandates under his/her responsibility and ensure rigorous follow-up with stakeholders;
  • Collaborate closely with sales, recruitment and management teams to ensure smooth communication and a shared understanding of business issues;
  • Create, develop and maintain a bank of candidates specialized in IT to promote the speed of execution and the quality of matches;
  • Ensure the quality, accuracy and integrity of the information entered into the ATS in order to optimize its use and organizational performance;
  • Act as an advisor to assigned employees and contribute to their engagement and retention through strategic and personalized follow-up;
  • Assist advisors and managers on various issues related to human resources and best practices;
  • Ensure the management and optimization of training platforms in order to promote the continuous development of skills;
  • Ensure consistent application of HR programs, processes and practices as well as compliance with the code of ethics and internal policies.
The profile we are looking for is as follows:
  • Have a university education in human resources management, industrial relations, administration or a related field;
  • Have six (6) or more years of progressive experience in talent management, account management, or HR consulting, ideally in a consulting or high-tech setting. technology;
  • Have an excellent understanding of employment law and talent management best practices;
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite tools;
  • Demonstrate proficiency in an applicant tracking system (ATS) and the ability to fully exploit its features in order to optimize the recruitment process, quality data and performance indicators;
  • Availability for a hybrid work mode including a regular presence in the Montreal office;
  • This position is part of a predominantly French-speaking work environment. However, it requires a functional command of English to ensure effective understanding of specialized instructions, plans, technical diagrams and documents written in that language, including those issued in another province.
