Job description
- Actively participate in the preparation, coordination, approval, submission and negotiation of commercial offers;
- Coordinate and actively participate in the qualification of customer requests, i.e. alignment with the service offering, the ability to respond and deliver, as well as the assessment of risks and probabilities of gain;
- Contribute to market analysis activities;
- Work closely with recruitment, sales, legal, marketing, finance, bid office and delivery teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of proposals;
- Contribute to the implementation of key performance indicators (KPIs) and reports to track and improve the performance of commercial offers;
- Establish viable work plans, divide proposals and service offers into components, and assign them to team members for implementation;
- Draft, edit, or advise on the creation of cover letters, summaries and other key parts of proposals;
- Build and maintain the standardization of the technical solution portion of the material of the offers that serve as an accelerator for the production and delivery of our commercial offers;
- Help integrate artificial intelligence tools into the production and delivery stages of commercial offers.
- Hold a university degree in business, marketing, management or related field;
- Have a minimum of five (5) years of concrete experience in producing customer proposals for solutions and/or services delivered in project mode (consultation / outsourcing / outsourcing / squads / development center);
- Ensure a physical presence at the office at 1000 de la Gauchetière for a few days/weeks in order to develop and maintain a relationship of trust with the various collaborators;
- Master the general notions related to technological practices, i.e. digital transformation / modernization / cloud computing / Service Now-based solutions in order to ensure the consistency of the content of the offers produced;
- Master the general notions of the field of technology related to the following delivery methods: flat-rate project, fixed-capacity project, time and material projects delivered in agile mode or in traditional (waterfall) mode;
- Have a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Adobe Acrobat as well as one or more popular graphics applications, collaboration software and search tools;
- Possess a certain mastery of artificial intelligence tools used as an accelerator for the production and delivery of our commercial offers.

- This position requires working primarily in French, while requiring a functional command of English for daily tasks. This English proficiency is essential for understanding documentation and ensuring professional communication with customers, suppliers, and colleagues across Canada.
