Job description
• Collaborate with the various stakeholders of large, complex IT projects to define, implement and monitor testing strategies;
• Coordinate the preparation and conduct of the test phases necessary for the delivery of the products;
• Set up the required tools and follow up on testing activities;
• Report problems, propose appropriate solutions and facilitate their resolution with the relevant stakeholders;
• Guarantee the quality of deliverables and the respect of deadlines while ensuring rigorous risk management;
• Propose and influence the evolution of quality assurance, test automation, and artificial intelligence practices and processes;
• Support teams, especially quality assurance specialists, in the implementation and appropriation of automated testing solutions;
• Identify and recommend solutions to improve the velocity, efficiency, and quality of testing activities.
The profile we are looking for is as follows:
• Have at least 10 years of experience in quality assurance, particularly in the context of large, complex projects;
• Proficient in test management tools such as Jira and Xray;
• Knowledge of one or more commonly used object-oriented programming languages, including Java or Python;
• Hands-on experience with development environments such as IntelliJ IDEA or Visual Studio Code;
• Have good knowledge of application programming interfaces, microservices, and tools for testing these types of applications, including Bruno or REST Assured;
• Demonstrate good knowledge of source code management with GitHub, continuous integration, delivery, and testing, including GitHub Actions, and DevOps practices;
• Understand Amazon Web Services frameworks and services;
• Hold at least the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification;
• Use artificial intelligence tools, including GitHub Copilot and generative artificial intelligence solutions, to improve and optimize tasks;
• Demonstrate rigor, attention to detail and an excellent ability to collaborate with teams from different sectors;
• Fluent in French and English.
