Job description
- Analyze business and technological needs and contribute to their clarification;
- Understand existing processes, data flows, and interactions between different systems;
- Evaluate existing applications to identify impacts, dependencies, and solution options;
- Participate in the functional and technical design of solutions;
- Contribute to architecture decisions and propose pragmatic and maintainable solutions;
- Design and develop robust applications and services;
- Integrate APIs and interfaces with internal and external systems;
- Investigate complex issues and contribute to root cause analysis;
- Support developers in understanding the needs and solutions to be implemented;
- Perform code reviews and contribute to the quality of developments;
- Participate in the evolution of development standards, processes and practices;
- Collaborate closely with developers, analysts, operations teams and business partners;
- Contribute to the delivery, release and follow-up of solutions;
- Work in agile mode and actively participate in continuous improvement.
The profile we are looking for is as follows:
- Have significant experience in software development in complex environments;
- Have experience combining development and functional or technological analysis;
- Have a strong background in back-end development and service design;
- Master API development and integration;
- Know relational and SQL databases;
- Experience with Git, continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) and modern development practices;
- Understanding application architectures and distributed systems;
- Demonstrate an ability to understand and document processes, data flows, and interactions between systems;
- Ability to translate business needs into technological solutions;
- Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Demonstrate an ability to investigate issues in existing systems and identify root causes;
- Propose pragmatic solutions that take into account technical and business constraints;
- Demonstrate autonomy and take care of complex topics from start to finish;
- Communicate effectively with technical and functional contacts;
- Collaborate effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
