Project Manager – Business

• Carry out preliminary studies, preliminary projects and projects in collaboration with the business units;
• Define needs, analyze options and estimate the efforts, costs and benefits of initiatives;
• Develop and maintain project plans associated with business activities;
• Identify risks and issues in order to support the achievement of the targeted objectives;
• Plan and coordinate the resources involved in the deployment of digital solutions;
• Monitor the progress of the work carried out by internal teams and external partners;
• Maintain continuous communication with project managers, developers, stakeholders and technology teams;
• Organize governance committees and project meetings, prepare presentations and write minutes;
• Produce progress reports and reports for the authorities concerned;
• Control the quality of deliverables and ensure that business expectations are met;
• Contribute to the definition, implementation and implementation of the change management strategy.

The profile sought is as follows:

• Hold a bachelor's degree in management informatics or in a discipline related to project management;
• Have a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in managing digital transformation projects within a large organization;
• Participate in projects to implement cross-functional solutions in complex environments;
• Apply agile or hybrid project management methods;
• Estimate efforts, plan activities and control project costs;
• Implement change management approaches;
• Effectively coordinate multiple stakeholders and stakeholders;
• Analyze business issues and propose appropriate solutions;
