Job description
- Contribute to the planning, structuring and deployment of employee experience initiatives in line with organizational priorities;
- Structure and implement change management approaches to support the adoption of organizational initiatives and transformations;
- Develop and deploy internal communication plans aligned with change goals and stakeholder needs;
- Ensure the governance, evolution and sustainability of the intranet as a central internal communication platform;
- Structure the content organization, updating, and lifecycle to ensure relevance and accessibility;
- Act as a point of contact for internal teams for content delivery and message alignment;
- Measure the impact of initiatives using indicators, surveys and feedback, and recommend continuous improvements;
- Contribute to the coherence of the employer brand through internal communications and content aimed at attracting talent;
- Support the organization of mobilization activities on an ad hoc basis, ensuring their alignment with employee experience and culture objectives;
- Organize internal events for vocation, career or mobilization, including theme days, recognition activities or sports initiatives;
- Support the logistics, animation and promotion of these events in collaboration with relevant stakeholders;
- Plan and coordinate targeted events for advisors, such as COFOMO talent ambassador evenings;
- Ensure that promotional items are consistent with the organizational culture, in control.
- Have one (1) to two (2) years of experience in a role in sustainable engagement, employee experience or HR project and change management;
- Hold a degree in human resources management, communications, marketing, public relations or any other related field;
- Demonstrate excellent skills in writing, adapting and popularizing content (newsletters, publications, speeches, etc.);
- Master digital communication tools (e.g.?: Office suite, Canva, social platforms, intranet, etc.);
- Experience in adapting messages according to target audiences and distribution channels (LinkedIn, internal newsletters, etc.);
- Have knowledge of the IT market in Quebec and Ontario;
- Demonstrate interpersonal flexibility by being tolerant and receptive to others and taking into account individual differences;
- Results-oriented actions by focusing efforts to meet or exceed expectations and adopting strategies that improve results;
- Thinking visionary by anticipating future challenges and planning appropriate responses;
- Ensure the implementation of the strategy by translating strategic alignments into operational objectives and plans and ensuring that the necessary structures, systems and resources are in place;
- Monitor indicators by analyzing organizational performance using key indicators (operational and financial) and intervening in the event of deviations;
- To be a positive influence by playing an active role in groups and rallying others to achieve goals;
- Engage in continuous development by seeking opportunities to stay current, acquire new knowledge and skills, and have experiences that support professional development;
- Foster collaboration by actively participating in teamwork and supporting the pursuit of common goals;
- Adaptability by reacting effectively to unforeseen situations and changes;
- Act courageously by carrying out the procedures deemed necessary, even when they involve personal risks;
- Ensure prioritization by assessing the urgency and importance of situations and managing them according to organizational issues;

- This position requires working primarily in French, while requiring a functional command of English for daily tasks. This English proficiency is essential for understanding documentation and ensuring professional communication with customers, suppliers, and colleagues across Canada.
