Job description
- Ensure a common understanding of the vision, scope, governance and planning of the project among stakeholders;
- Coordinate stakeholders to ensure consistency of work, risk management and timelines aligned with objectives;
- Develop and approve project plans including deliverables, budgets and governance structure;
- Lead key meetings and monitor progress by making necessary adjustments;
- Produce reports, dashboards and recommendations to support decision-making;
- Manage deadlines and communicate variances and issues effectively;
- Present the status, risks and issues requiring intervention;
- Monitor project performance in terms of scope, cost, schedule and quality;
- Validate the compliance of deliverables and manage risks, issues and changes;
- Propose corrective actions and follow up on them;
- Prepare final deliverables and communications to stakeholders;
- Collaborate with partners to solve problems and optimize solutions;
- Act as a liaison point between technical teams and suppliers;
- Participate in committees to ensure alignment of needs and solutions;
- Optimize processes and maintain effective working relationships;
- Follow up on incidents, changes and technical issues;
- Support operational transfer including knowledge sharing and support implementation;
- Plan and supervise the work of internal and external teams;
- Optimize the use of resources and mobilize the required expertise.
- Have at least fifteen (15) years of experience in managing large-scale technology projects;
- Master the management of complex projects and the development of tailor-made technological solutions;
- Experience in managing complex technology architectures, systems integrations and highly interdependent environments, experience in the healthcare sector, an asset;
- Have carried out several large-scale projects with multidisciplinary teams, an asset;
- Demonstrate expertise in risk management, governance, and coordination of deliverables;
- Demonstrate comfort in stakeholder management and complex organizational contexts.
