Project Manager

Here is a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities that will fall to you:

• Develop and maintain the project plan taking into account the issues, complexity, stakeholders and interdependencies with other initiatives;
• Ensure the alignment of the project with the business objectives and orientations defined by the promoter;
• Coordinate the internal and external contributors involved in the completion of the work;
• Ensure delivery of expected results within the agreed scope, costs, timelines and commitments;
• Oversee the quality of work and the application of governance mechanisms and established methodologies;
• Supervise requests for changes to the resources, scope or conditions of the project;
• Analyze risks, assess their impacts and define appropriate mitigation strategies;
• Produce progress reports and ensure accountability to the proponent and decision-making bodies;
• Mobilize business and technology teams and external suppliers to foster effective collaboration;
• Plan and coordinate multiple large-scale deliveries in complex environments.

The profile sought is as follows:

• Accumulate more than ten (10) years of relevant experience in the management of large-scale projects;
• Operate in complex contexts with multiple teams, suppliers and stakeholders;
• Have experience in risk management, ideally in the financial sector;
• Be aware of the issues related to the risk of granting financing;
• Demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills;
• Demonstrate leadership, initiative and good political sense;
• Foster a culture of collaboration between business teams, technology teams and external partners;
• Hold a recognized project management certification such as Project Management Professional, Master in Project Management or Agile Certified Practitioner;
• Possess a master's degree or graduate degree in project management, an asset;
• This position requires fluency in French and English for daily tasks, understanding documentation and professional communication with customers, suppliers and colleagues internationally. Language skills in French and English are essential, both oral and written.
