Job description
- Design, maintain, and scale CI/CD pipelines for ECM applications and platforms;
- Automate the deployment and configuration of AWS infrastructure and services using Terraform and framework-as-code practices;
- Support development teams in containerization and deployment of applications on Kubernetes (EKS) or ECS;
- Participate in the modernization of ECM platforms and their integration with AWS cloud services;
- Implement and optimize observability, monitoring, logging, and alerting practices;
- Automate recurring operations to reduce manual intervention and improve the reliability of environments;
- Ensure secure management of secrets, identities, IAM roles, certificates, and application access, including HashiCorp Vault;
- Diagnose and resolve complex incidents in critical production environments;
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps, security, and quality practices into the development lifecycle;
- Contribute to architecture reviews and recommend improvements that promote platform resilience, security, automation, and maintainability.
The profile we are looking for is as follows:
- Have five (5) to seven (7) years of relevant experience for a P5 level or seven (7) years or more for a P6 level;
- Proficiency with AWS services, including IAM, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch, ECS, EKS, RDS, Aurora, and VPC;
- Have an excellent command of Terraform, infrastructure as code, and deployment automation;
- Have advanced experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Git as well as GitHub Actions and/or Jenkins;
- Know CI/CD and GitOps practices;
- Demonstrate expertise in security and observability, including HashiCorp Vault, CloudWatch, Splunk, DevSecOps, IAM/RBAC, and production troubleshooting;
- Master Linux environments and automation using Python, Bash or equivalent tools;
- Understand the concepts of networking, DNS, TLS, and REST APIs.
