Mobile Full Stack Developer

Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you'll have :

• Participate in all phases of the Secure Software Development (SSDLC) lifecycle;
• Design and implement technical solutions that comply with software development requirements and standards;
• Produce and maintain architecture and design documentation throughout development and after release;
• Maintain and upgrade existing applications;
• Actively contribute to Agile ceremonies and team meetings;
• Adapt development methods to changing technologies and best practices in the financial and information technology industry;
• Control the quality and stability of delivered systems by applying standard product lifecycle practices;
• Maintain unit tests and documentation associated with development processes;
• Collaborate with developers and analysts to ensure the design, integration and delivery of application solutions.

The profile you are looking for is as follows:

• Have a bachelor's degree in information technology or equivalent experience;
• Have at least ten (10) years of experience as an iOS developer;
• Master the development and maintenance of secure Full Stack solutions with .NET Core and C#;
• Experience designing, documenting, developing, securing and consuming REST APIs;
• Be familiar with Azure DevOps and have hands-on experience using it;
• Master Agile ways of working, including Scrum and Kanban;
• Understand SOLID design principles and design patterns;
• Experience with modern authentication and authorization mechanisms, including OpenID Connect and OAuth;
• Develop robust automated tests, including unit tests and service tests;
• Proficient in creating and using CI/CD pipelines with YAML;
• Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Experience working on Agile delivery teams;
• Design secure solutions according to development best practices;
• Master development with Azure cloud resources and cloud design patterns;
• Use Microsoft Visual Studio, Git, Azure DevOps, NuGet and related tools effectively;
• Knowledge of relational databases, including SQL Server and MySQL;
• Understand event-driven architecture as well as event streaming and messaging technologies such as Kafka and ActiveMQ;
• Be familiar with containerization principles and cloud services, including Docker, Kubernetes, and Tanzu;
• Understand software engineering approaches such as TDD, pair programming, CI/CD, and DevOps;
• Experience in developing front-end solutions with SwiftUI and UIKit (an asset);
• Hands-on experience building microservices or distributed systems (an asset);
• Develop scalable and highly available applications (an asset);
• Knowledge of the banking industry and its business processes (an asset);
• Demonstrate excellent team spirit as well as a strong ability to adapt, be autonomous and learn;
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to work effectively in a matrix environment;
• This position requires fluency in French and English for daily tasks, understanding documentation, and professional communication with customers, suppliers, and colleagues across Canada. Language skills in French and English are essential, both oral and written.
