Senior Change Management Advisor

Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you'll have :

• Advise the project managers and support the team in the planning and implementation of communication activities;
• Analyze stakeholders, their concerns, impacts, risks, and adaptability to implementation-related changes;
• Develop change management plans with particular attention to communication strategies and mechanisms;
• Develop communication and support materials to promote understanding and ownership of changes;
• Define metrics and indicators to track and evaluate the adoption and use of new solutions;
• Ensure consistency of change management activities with organizational guidance and tools.

The profile you are looking for is as follows:

• Demonstrate excellent analytical and communicative skills in order to explain technical or complex elements simply;
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at different levels of the hierarchy;
• Experience in the development of accompanying and communication materials;
• Experience in communication in the context of projects that have an impact on business processes and human resources;
• Be comfortable evolving in an ambiguous and rapidly changing context;
• Knowledge of the Prosci methodology, certification being considered an asset;
• Knowledge of the municipal or public environment (an asset);
• Master agile best practices (an asset).
