Scrum Master

Here is a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities that will fall to you:

• Supporting two teams in the adoption of agile values, principles and practices;
• Promote self-organization, collaboration and continuous improvement within teams;
• Ensure compliance with commitments made and delivery of value in accordance with quality expectations;
• Remove obstacles and facilitate the resolution of issues that may hinder the progress of the work;
• Supervise the definition and application of the teams' operating methods;
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, including daily scrums, planning, reviews and retrospectives;
• Support the product manager in the management and evolution of the product backlog;
• Coordinate dependencies with other teams, delivery managers, and stakeholders;
• Guide teams in the application of best practices in planning, estimating and predictability;
• Develop systems thinking and understanding of organizational issues among team members;
• Track performance indicators, interpret results, and communicate progress toward delivery goals;
• Participate in communities of practice and contribute to the evolution of agile approaches;
• Promote the adoption of a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

The profile sought is as follows:

• Accumulate more than ten (10) years of experience in an agile support role;
• Perform Scrum Master functions, agile coach or comparable responsibility with several teams;
• Apply Scrum and Kanban practices in a variety of delivery contexts;
• Evolve in large-scale agility environments with multiple cross-team dependencies;
• Have more than ten (10) years of experience in the field of information technology;
• Collaborate for at least five (5) years within a large organization;
• Facilitate the delivery of products or solutions in complex and multidisciplinary contexts;
• Lead teams and promote the continuous improvement of work practices;
• Positively influence stakeholders without hierarchical authority;
• Develop excellent communication, coaching and mobilization skills;
• Experience in the banking sector is an asset;
• Contribute to AI-related delivery initiatives, an important asset;
• Demonstrate leadership, autonomy, rigor and a strong ability to adapt;
• This position requires fluency in French and English for daily tasks, understanding documentation and professional communication with customers, suppliers and colleagues internationally. Language skills in French and English are essential, both oral and written.
