Job description
- Analyze functional and technical specifications to define test scenarios; Write test plans;
- Run manual and automated tests (when applicable); Identify, document and track anomalies in a management tool such as Jira;
- Validate data quality (integrity, consistency after migration);
- Participate in performance and security testing (depending on the context);
- Collaborate with other resources in the project to correct anomalies;
- Prepare test reports and quality indicators;
- Analyze test results for database impacts, errors or bugs, and usability;
- Ensure validation of the platform through continuous regression testing, coordinate regression testing.
- Have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in software quality assurance, including at least six months of experience with Salesforce CRM;
- Have expertise and experience in manual and non-automated testing (this will come later in the mandate);
Have participated in at least one Salesforce CRM solution implementation project (configuration, integration) with complete tests; - Hold Salesforce certifications related to Quality Assurance (Asset).
