Job description
- Act as a scrum master for two teams by offering support on agile mindset, self-organization, collaboration and continuous improvement;
- Help teams meet their commitments and maximize value creation according to expected quality standards;
- Identify and remove obstacles to minimize impacts and drive continuous delivery of value;
- Support the definition and application of teams' ways of working;
- Facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily melee, iteration planning, review, and retrospective;
- Accompany the product manager in the management and maintenance of the product backlog as well as in the evolution of his role;
- Coordinate with other scrum masters and stakeholders to manage cross-team dependencies;
- Guide teams in improving planning and estimating practices;
- Foster the adoption of systems thinking and a better understanding of the organizational context;
- Track performance indicators, produce necessary reports and measure progress towards delivery goals;
- Contribute to agile communities of practice and organizational improvement initiatives;
- Support the organization in adopting and maintaining agile practices.
- Have more than ten (10) years of relevant experience in agile coaching, particularly as a scrum master or agile coach, with various teams;
- Have hands-on experience with teams using Scrum and Kanban frameworks;
- Have evolved in large-scale agility environments such as Safe, Nexus, or LeSS, involving multiple dependencies;
- Cumulating more than ten (10) years of experience in information technology;
- Demonstrate at least five (5) years of experience in a large company;
- Be an asset, experience in the banking sector;
- This position requires fluency in French and English for daily tasks, understanding documentation, and professional communication with customers, suppliers, and colleagues across Canada. Language skills in French and English are essential, both oral and written.
