Job description
- Accompany the squad in the daily application of Scrum and SAFe practices;
- Ensure the quality, prioritization and consistency of the backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner;
- Challenge estimates in order to obtain realistic and quality commitments;
- Plan and facilitate iterations, Scrum ceremonies and Agile workshops;
- Collaborate with RTE and other Scrum Masters for the preparation and execution of IPs;
- Removing obstacles and protecting the team from external disturbances.
- Hold an undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline;
- Possess a minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience;
- Have proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile squad;
- Demonstrate experience in Agile project management.
