Job description
- Analyze business needs and propose BI solutions adapted to objectives and constraints;
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive reports and dashboards with Power BI;
- Model data and optimize analytical models for complex needs;
- Ensure the integrity, quality and accuracy of the data disseminated;
- Develop and implement the required BI data flows;
- Administer Power BI Service pods (performance, capacity, security);
- Develop implementation strategies, document and automate tests;
- Participate in the continuous improvement of BI processes and solutions;
- Ensure the integration of technical components and support the implementation of solutions.
- Have a minimum of five (5) to six (6) years of relevant experience in business intelligence (senior level)
- Demonstrate advanced expertise with Power BI from design to release;
- Master data modeling, SQL, DAX and Power Query (M);
- Have a good grasp of data storytelling concepts;
- Have experience with multiple data sources and Microsoft BI architecture;
- Know the data transformation and cleansing processes;
- Hold a degree in business intelligence or a related field;
- Apply development best practices (clean code, architecture, patterns);
- Demonstrate excellent communication, popularization and collaboration skills;
- Demonstrate rigor, a good sense of priorities, a team player and an ability to influence;
- Have experience in the banking or financial field.
